Responsibilities of the Pickens County Finance Department
- Accurate accounting of the Pickens County financial records in conformance with GAAP
- Budget development and implementation
- Monitor revenues and expenditures and provide timely reporting to departments
- Manage and account for Pickens County property and fixed assets
- Facilitate the annual audit
