As the Family Connection Coordinator, you will play a vital role in strengthening family and community support systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
✓ Leading collaborative initiatives to address the needs of children and families
✓ Building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners
✓ Organizing and facilitating meetings, events, and outreach programs
✓ Collecting and analyzing data to measure program impact

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and resourceful leader with:
✓ A passion for community service and improving family outcomes
✓ Strong communication and organizational skills
✓ Experience in nonprofit work, social services, education, or a related field
✓ The ability to build partnerships and lead initiatives
✓ Knowledge of grant, fundraising, and program evaluation (preferred)
